Design Fee Policy

Because every piece is custom-designed, a one-off design fee (typically $50–$200) may apply to cover concept development, proofs, revisions, and preparation of artwork for production.

Design fees vary depending on the size and complexity of the project. For new projects or first-time clients, the design fee is charged prior to design work and may be credited toward the final order if you proceed.

Returning Clients

We value long-term partnerships and proudly work with many returning clients. Pricing reflects current materials, processes, and design standards.

Returning clients receive priority scheduling and loyalty consideration. Minor updates may be included, while new concepts or significant design changes may incur a design fee.

Why choose custom rather than off-the-shelf awards?

Custom awards reflect the identity of your event and the effort behind it.
They’re designed to be kept, displayed, and remembered, not discarded.

However, there is also no such thing as “too basic” when it comes to design. If your limited timeframe and budget is calling for a simple wooden engraved trophy or medal design without all the customisation or layers, we still have you covered. Get in touch!

    We’ll always confirm minimum quantities during quoting.

  • Rush timelines may be available depending on capacity and materials.
    Priority production may incur additional fees.

  • We recommend getting in touch at least 6–10 weeks before your event.
    This allows time for design, proofing, production, and delivery. Shorter timelines may be possible depending on scope and availability. 3 months ahead of the deadline is preferable for larger quantities or complex creations.

  • Small quantity changes may be possible before production begins.
    Once production is underway, changes may not be possible or may affect pricing

  • Yes. An upfront design fee may be applicable (for new clients) before design and production. A 50% deposit is required before commencement of any project production.

    Final payment is typically required upon completion (before dispatch). We will notify you when the order is ready for delivery or collection.
